Refund policy

Every product in our shop is made just for you when you order - so we don't offer returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size or just changing your mind. But don’t worry, if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll make it right!

💬 What We’ll Fix:

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, we’re here to help! Just email us at whostimagain@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • A photo of the item so we can see what went wrong

Once we review it, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a refund.

We’ll then provide the correct return instructions based on the product.

🛑 What We Can’t Accept:

Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Custom design mistakes (unless it's on our end!)

Please be sure to double-check your size and address before placing your order—we want to make sure it gets to you perfectly!
